The Permanent Center for Syrian Industries for Export re-opened

Damascus (ST): The Local Production and Export Support and Development Authority has announced the reopening of the Permanent Center for Syrian Industries Prepared for Export in its new look, on the grounds of the Fairgrounds City with an area of 2000 square meters.

The Director-General of the Authority, Tha’er Al-Fayyad, indicated in a statement that the reopening of the Center aims at supporting  and developing exports as one of the promotional tools that help companies enter international markets through the electronic promotion platform of the Center, which is a gateway to global markets and an opportunity for Syrian companies participating in the center to promote  their products at the international level, in addition to providing export opportunities and stimulating trade and investment operations.

1000 export contracts were signed during "Sela International Export Exhibition" held in Damascus

DAMASCUS,(ST)_Around 1000 export contracts were signed by Arab businessmen and the companies that took part in the "Sela International Export Exhibition" for shoes, leather goods and production requirements for 2021 Spring and Summer , which was held at the fairgrounds in Damascus last month.

According to the head of Public Relations at the Arab Union for Leather Industries Mohammad Al-Boushi, government  support is a must to produce the quantity of products that was mentioned in the contracts.

40 Iranian companies take part in technological trade forum that kicked off in Damascus

The Technological trade forum kicked off on Tuesday in Damascus with the participation of managers and representatives of about 40 Iranian companies specialized in technical,  medical, engineering and industrial fields. Heads and representatives of a number of scientific and research institutions and Syrian economists were present too.
 
The forum, which was organized by the Iranian Center for Advanced Technology, The Iranian House of Creativity and Technology, was held at the “Sheraton” Hotel.

150 companies participate in the festival (Made in Syria) at Al-Galaa Sports Hall

More than 150 industrial companies from different governorates have participated in 114thsession of the “Made in Syria” Family Shopping Festival.

Damascus Chamber of Industry organized the festival at the Al-GalaaSport Hallin Damascus on March 1st

The head of the festival's organizing committee, Talal Qalaji, stated that the 8-day festival aimed to provide all the products that the consumer needs, with discounts on foodstuffs ranging from 20 -30%  and for clothing with discounts of  50 -70%.

The festival witnesses the participation of the National Microfinance Corporation, which displays its products and services.

The Director of the National Microfinance CorporationMunir Haroun said  that the Corporation’s  goal is to contribute to the development of projects through financing and to provide legal, financial and marketing advice by all available means.

Muhammad Muzal, director of food company promotion, said that his company has been offering discounts ranging between 20 and 30 percent since the festival’s first session, and it continues to do so during the current session.

After recovering from terrorism, HoshNasri village witnesses a clear improvement in public services

The terrorism that struck the village of HoshNasri in the Damascus countryside could not break the will of its people and their insistence on rebuilding the infrastructure and service institutions that were destroyed and sabotaged in coordination and cooperation with the Municipal Council.

Opening and paving roads, rehabilitating water, electricity and sewage networks, opening a furnace and outlets for Syria Trade, a center for serving citizens and others, were the most important work that the Municipal Council worked to implement since the liberation of the village until now.
