The Home Gardens and Food Processing Project reaches thousands of rural families in 8 governorates

The Home Gardening and Food Processing Project has reached thousands of rural families in the last three years. It expanded its activities and projects such as poultry- raising and fish farming to eight Syrian governorates.

The Project launched its first phase  in 2017 with the aim of increasing the income of rural families, supporting their livelihoods in their villages, and achieving food security and self-sufficiency.

A new methodology of work followed by the Reconstruction Committee to rebuild liberated areas

On March 10, the Reconstruction Committee on the rebuilding of areas liberated from terrorism and compensation for war-affected people discussed its plan for the next stage in light of the expansion of the victories achieved by the Syrian Arab Army.

During a meeting chaired by the Prime Minister Eng. Imad Khamis, the Committee evaluated the implemented projects and how to finance the services projects in the liberated areas to ease the return of displaced people to their hometowns.

Cairo Fashion & Tex ( Cairo Int’l Fashion and Textile Exhibition ),  currently held in Cairo at Egypt International Exhibition Center ( EIEC) , is the first and only international exhibition specialized in yarn, textile, garment and its trimming supplies and accessories in Egypt.

Setting-up Investment Projects to Support National Production and Provide Job Opportunities in Quneitra

Top priority has been given by the Syrian government to changing Syria's  investment map and bridge all the gaps that have impeded investment projects , especially because the country has entered into a stage of economic recovery which requires attracting key investment projects.

Quneitra  province  is  exerting relentless efforts  to provide suitable   working  conditions that attract investors in all sectors through ensuring  the infrastructure, mainly roads, electricity and  labor force, which contributes to increasing the number of projects that provide job opportunities and stimulate local production.

International economic investment forum is held in Damascus

Under the title “Invest in Syria”, the International Economic Investment Forum was held today with the participation of economic activities at the Umayyad Conferences Palace in Damascus.

During the opening of the forum, Minister of State for Investment Affairs Wafika Hosni stressed that Syria is proceeding with building and reconstruction as a priority for the recovery of the economic, productive and service sectors, and is focusing on creating a sound investment environment in the next phase.
