Archbishop Khoury launches a global call to end the crime of the Turkish regime against the city of Hasaka

The Metropolitan of Our Lady of Paradise of the Melkite Roman Catholics in Brazil, Archbishop George Khoury, issued a worldwide call today to exert all possible efforts to end the ongoing crime committed by the Turkish regime against the city of Hasaka by cutting off water from it.

The appeal was  titled “Together for Al-Hasakah, is a global call. Save al-Hasakah.”

Metropolitan Khoury criticized the world's silence about what is happening in the city of Hasakah, asking “How long will human rights organizations remain submissive and complicit with the decisions of countries that do not know what the meaning of humanity is.”

Ministry of Transport operates three flights to evacuate Syrian citizens from Egypt, the Emirates and Kuwait

The Ministry of Transport announced that it would operate three flights to evacuate Syrian citizens from Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Kuwait, calling on citizens wishing to return to immediately contact the embassies of the Syrian Arab Republic in these countries and to register their request to return to Syria.

The ministry said in a statement today that the Syrian Airlines is currently working to program and operate three flights to evacuate Syrian citizens from Cairo, Sharjah and Kuwait.

The first plane carrying 150 Syrians arrives at Damascus International Airport from Doha

A (Syrian Airlines) plane carrying 150 Syrians arrived on Sunday at Damascus International Airport from Doha airport as part of the  government efforts to repatriate Syrians stranded abroad.

Dr. Khuzama Zureik, head of the health center at Damascus International Airport, indicated in a statement to SANA that upon the arrival of the passengers, the medical team recorded their data and measured their temperatures to ensure that there were no apparent symptoms, pointing out that they would be transported directly by buses to the Ebla Sham Hotel in Damascus.

The Ministry of Interior calls on Syrian citizens stranded abroad to register requests for return at the Syrian embassies

 The Ministry of Interior called on Syrian citizens wishing to return to Syria to communicate with the Syrian embassies in (Cairo, Muscat, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Amman, Kuwait, Khartoum, Manama, Moscow, Algeria and Baghdad) to register their request to return to it.

The Ministry stated in a statement today that this procedure will allow the special government team to prepare the Syrian flights program as part of the government's efforts to return Syrian citizens stuck abroad.

The Ministry noted that upon arrival at Damascus International Airport, the citizens would be allowed to return to their homes after conducting a corona test and staying at the Ebla Sham Hotel in exchange for an additional $ 200 on the plane ticket.

Syrian community in Germany, solidarity associations rally in protest against "Caesar Act"

FRANKFURT, (ST)- Some Syrian and German solidarity associations as well as members of the Syrian community in Germany and a number of German supporters organized on Saturday a rally to protest against the so-called "Caesar Act" through  which the United States imposes tougher coercive economic measures on Syria.

Dozens of participants, who gathered in the main square of the German city of Frankfurt, raised the Syrian flag, carried pictures of President Bashar al-Assad and chanted slogans condemning the US sanctions and expressing solidarity with the Syrian people in confrontation of the unilateral coercive measures imposed by western colonialist states.
