Palestinian FM calls on international community to safegurad religious sites

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (ST)_The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates has called on the international community to safeguard Islamic and Christian shrines, including Al-Aqsa Mosque and to stop Israel's repeated attacks on these sites.
 
In a statement published by WAFA news agency, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry denounced the attack on the Dome of Rock by the Israeli occupation forces, who prevented  workers from completing rehabilitation works inside the site.

Israeli enemy warplanes carried out mock raids over Lebanese areas

BEIRUT, (ST)_The Israeli enemy has violated Lebanese airspace and carried out mock raids over several areas, according to a statement released by the Lebanese Army Command.
 
The statement said that an Israeli reconnaissance plane violated  Lebanses airspace from above Mais Al-Jabal area and carried out sorties over southern areas.

Czechoslovakian politician condemns Israel's recent aggression on Syria's Hama

PRAGUE, (ST)_President of Czechoslovakia Institute of International Relations Institute Jaromir Shalabata has denounced Israel's recent aggression on Hama, saying that this aggression violates the international and humanitarian law.

In a statement to the correspondent of the Syrian News Agency (SANA) in Prague,  Shalabata said that the aggression was carried out amid unaccepted international silence.

Palestinian Awqaf demands an end to the occupation’s plans to Judaize Al-Aqsa

Occupied al-Quds, (ST) - The Palestinian Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Religious Affairs renewed its call on the international community to stop the Israeli occupation’s plans to Judaize Al-Aqsa Mosque.

In a statement by Wafa News Agency today, the ministry denounced the occupation forces ’storming of the Dome of the Rock and preventing the Palestinians from completing its restoration work.

Occupation forces demolish 869 homes and facilities and uproot 6,507 fruit bearing trees during the last year

Occupied Jerusalem,(ST)-The Israeli occupation forces demolished 869 homes and facilities and uprooted 6507 fruit trees in the West Bank last year.

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority stated in a report today, carried by Wafa Agency, that the total number of demolitions carried out by the occupation forces against Palestinian establishments and homes reached 869, most of them concentrated in the cities of Jerusalem, Hebron and Tubas, where the demolition rate exceeded 65 percent of the total demolitions in the West Bank.
