SDF militia suppresses uprising

The “SDF” militia linked to the American occupation suppressed an uprising by a  group of families with abducted  minors. The sit-in was supposed to be held in front of the “UNICEF” building in the touristic neighborhood of Qamishli.

Qamishli Local sources stated that “armed groups affiliated with the "Qasad" militia cordoned off Al-Siyahi Street in the city, closed all the outlets leading to it, and proceeded to hit the people who gathered with the aim of setting up a protest against the militia’s kidnapping of more than 50 minors. "Qasad" gunmen also broke a number of Mobile phones of the assembled people and forcibly dispersed them.”

Backed by the US occupation forces, "Qasad" militia kidnapped on Monday the 6th of December 2021, 50 minors born in 2004 in the city of Qamishli and took them to one of its camps in Hasaka countryside.

US occupation forces carry out airdrop in Deir Ezzor, kidnap several civilians

The US occupation forces have carried out an airdrop in Al-Shuhail town in Deir Ezzor eastern countryside and kidnapped a number of civilians.

According to local sources, the US occupation helicopters, with the help of the US-backed SDF militia, carried out an airdrop on some houses in Al-Shuhail town. The US forces and the SDF militia stormed the houses, kidnapped a number of civilians and took them to an unknown destination, the sources said.

The occupation forces destroyed the houses they attacked, the sources added.

A man killed inside his tent in the SDF-run Al-Hawl Camp in Hasakah

A man was found dead in his tent after being shot in Al-Hawl Refugee Camp in Hasaka which is run by the US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) Militia.

Local sources told SANA reporter on Tuesday that the man was killed by several gunshots in the light of the prevailing state of chaos and insecurity that led, during the past months, to the killing of dozens of residents in the camp.

The US occupation forces and the US-backed SDF militia continue to hold thousands of displaced Syrians inside Al-Hawl Camp within tragic conditions that threaten with a human disaster in the light of sharp shortage of all elements of life including, water, food, medicine and security.

Settlement process launched in Al-Boukmal city in Deir Ezzor

A settlement process involving wanted civilians and military service deserters kicked off in the city of Al-Boukmal in Deir Ezzor southeastern countryside with the aim of restoring stability and security there.

The concerned authorities opened the settlement center in Al-Boukmal to receive the citizens who want to settle their legal status.

On Monday, the concerned authorities completed the process of settling the legal status of wanted persons and military service deserters in Al-Mayadeen city in Deir Ezzor.

More than 11,000 wanted persons from Deir Ezzor have settled their legal status after joining the all-out settlement process which kicked off in this province on November 14th.

Two explosive devices target a military convoy of the American occupation forces in Hasakah countryside

Hasakah, (ST) - An attack with two explosive devices targeted a military convoy of the American occupation forces in the Al-Yarubiyah area in the eastern countryside of Hasakah, causing significant damage to the occupation vehicles.

Local sources told SANA that, two explosive devices went off while a convoy of military vehicles belonging to the American occupation coming from Tel Hamis to the west, between the villages of Bir al-Helou and Umm al-Azham in Al-Yarubiyah area in the eastern countryside of Hasakah.

Al-Olabi , Martin to develop means of cooperation with the “Red Cross” in the field of humanitarian work

Damascus, (ST) - The Governor of Damascus, Engineer Adel Al-Olabi, discussed with the Head of the International Committee of the Red Cross delegation in Syria, Christoph Martin prospects for bilateral cooperation between the two sides and ways to enhance them in the humanitarian, relief and health fields.

The two sides discussed means of coordination between the governorate of Damascus and the Committee of the Red Cross and the facilities provided to enhance humanitarian work and increase relief aid to meet the growing needs in light of the repercussions of the Corona pandemic.
