Terrorists try to assassinate reconciliation committee’s member in Quneitra

QUNEITRA, (ST)_An explosive device planted by terrorists in a car parked in front of its owner’s house in Al-Qusaybah village in the southern countryside of Qunetra, went off  on Sunday according to local sources. 
The sources were quoted by the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) as saying: “An explosive device planted by terrorists in the car of a member of the Reconciliation Committee in Quneitra, Abdullah al-Shraideh, exploded this morning in front of his house in al-Qusaybah village, which caused its destruction and left material damage in the scene. 

Mine kills 3 children in Sweida countryside

SWEIDA, (ST)_Three children were martyred and three others injured when a mine, left behind by ISIS terrorists, went off in Al-Saqyiah village in the northern countryside of Sweida. 
The mine explosion took place on Saturday evening, according to a source at Sweida Police Command.

Authorities seize weapons, ammunition and drugs left behind by terrorists in the countryside of Damascus and Quneitra

In cooperation with the reconciliation committees, authorities in the Syrian city of Quneitra on Saturday seized a quantity of weapons, ammunition and drugs, left behind by terrorists, in the countryside of Damascus and Quneitra.

According to the authorities, the weapons included anti-tank mines, explosive devices, RPGs, PKC machineguns, military binoculars, remote detonators, Russian rifles and a large quantity of bullets.    

US-backed SDF militia kills a civilian in Deir Ezzor countryside

The US-backed Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) militia on Saturday stormed the village of Al-Zer in the northeastern countryside of Deir Ezzor and opened fire on civilians, causing the martyrdom of one of the residents.

Local sources told SANA that US military helicopters assisted the SDF militia in cordoning off the village and storming into it. The militants opened heavy fire on civilians, killing one of them.

The militants also kidnapped 10 villagers and took them to their nearby headquarters.

SDF militants killed in two attacks in Hasakeh countryside

Hasakeh (ST): A number of SDF militiamen linked to the American occupation were killed and wounded in two attacks carried out by the popular factions that targeted the militia’s headquarters and a military vehicle in the Al-Malikiyah area, the far northeastern countryside of Hasakeh.

Al-Miqdad holds talks with Serbian officials

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates Faisal Al-Miqdad separately met on Thursday with Serbian Ministers of Construction, Transport and Housing Tomislav Momirović, and State Minister of Economy Dragan Stevanović. 
The talks dealt with bilateral relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them, according to the Syrian News Agency (SANA). 

Beginning of the process of settling the status of a number of gunmen and wanted men in the town of Al-Musaifra, in Daraa

On October 14th, the process of settling the status of a number of gunmen and wanted persons began in the town of Al-Musaifra in the eastern countryside of Daraa according to the agreement proposed by the state.

It is noteworthy that on October 13th the situation of dozens of armed men, wanted men and deserters from the military service, from the town of Giza in the eastern countryside, was settled.
