Ali Aziz Saleh, a Syrian policeman, who was martyred in an attack launched by ISIS terrorists while he was performing his national duty alongside his comrades in defending the homeland in Hasaka .

The martyr and his comrades were besieged by ISIS terrorists. They remained steadfast  and resisted the terrorists.  

Samia Ammar, the mother of the martyr, said that she is proud of the martyrdom of her son. “He was raised on loving the homeland and good morals, and he was so kind and generous. She believes that he is still alive in heaven.

Hussam Riyad Sarai al-Din

Date of birth: 1979

Date of martyrdom: 4/5/2017

Civil Status: Single

Husam was martyred while he was fighting terrorist groups in the city of Deir Azzour. Omaya Mirsl Harb, the mother of the martyr expressed her pride of her son who scarified himself for the dignity of the homeland.

Riyad Sarai al-Din, the father of the martyr, said: “Hussam was faithful and honest to his country. He defended his homeland against terrorist groups. I believe he is still alive in heaven”.

Salman Wafiq Swiqat

Date of Birth: 1993

Date of martyrdom: 2016

Civil Status: Single

Nemat Yahya Ahmad, the mother of the martyr said: "Salman used to study and work at the same time at the beginning of the crisis in Syria. Then he left everything and joined the Syrian Arab Army to perform his national duty".

He was calm, generous and tolerant. He called his mother the day before his martyrdom and told her "mother, pray for me I may be martyred soon".

A new literature tells a legend immortalized by history about heroics that announces how bloodshed was transformed into words that record part of the reality experienced by the heroes and martyrs of the Syrian Arab Army. The letters are often unable to convey the truth but when they are transmitted by those who experienced these championships, they become a document of time.

 The scene of 11 Syrian soldiers, who were protecting al-Kindi Hospital in Aleppo and who were executed in 2013, is still alive in our memory.  Their image has become a pure Syrian icon, as they challenge the bullets of their killers.

Bashar was martyred when he was performing his national duty in the city of Lattakia. Hayat Noufal, the mother of the martyr said: “Bashar was kind and loved his family and his country .I’m proud of him”.

Bashira, Mushira, Hawazin, and Hanadi, the sisters of the martyr said: We miss our brother. We will never forget him. God have mercy on him”.
